CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved just for you. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service total. • No-shows or appointments cancelled less than 2 hours in advance will also be charged 50%. This policy helps me respect my time and other clients who may be waiting for an opening. Thank you for understanding!
